John Brewer, founder and design director of Fonthill, established his company in 1976 introducing a group of hand printed wallpapers based on historic nineteenth century fabric documents. A decorative fabric collection soon followed and for the past 30 years, the collection has expanded to include a diverse group of prints and weaves manufactured exclusively for the company.
